Risk Assessment

It is now a legal requirement for any business to have a water risk assessment and to have a statement on site that shows that the water system is being correctly managed. Our qualified assessors can assist our customers in meeting and maintaining statutory compliance.

Remedial Work

Like any other installation, water systems require some remedial work and ongoing maintenance. This falls within Solwat's scope of general works. We are committed to providing environmentally friendly energy solutions and can now also advise, supply, and maintain solar energy systems and air source heat pumps.

*Commercial Heating Services:* We provide specialist and bespoke heating installations for commercial and public sector building environments. We are able to install, service, commission, and manage all aspects of old and new heating systems. Our services include boiler upgrades, system upgrades, TRV's installation and servicing, system controls, power flushing, commissioning and balancing, and gas servicing.

*Commercial Plumbing Services:* Our services include installation of new hot and cold water systems and heating systems, reactive and planned maintenance, and through our experienced engineers, an increasing number of fault-finding projects. We have developed a reputation for quality and assurance over a number of years in the demanding areas of the MOD and NHS, and we are now able to undertake all traditional areas of plumbing. We have also embraced the latest areas of technology and can install, service, and repair solar thermal, air and ground source heat pumps, and residential HIU's.

*Water Treatment Services:* We offer water treatment and analysis packages for both domestic potable water and heating systems. Our assessments are about more than simply maintaining building systems. We aid asset management and help protect our clients' investments.
