Unprofessionalism and Safety Concerns
Cielidgh Reece had a particularly bad experience with the company, citing that the engineer who visited her home not only failed to fix her boiler but also broke it. Furthermore, the engineer neglected to perform essential safety checks, which is a serious concern. Reece's mother, a qualified plumber, had to intervene to resolve the issue.
