I contacted Allstar for a quote to repalace 3 radiators. Will replied and quickly arrived to size up the job. He was polite, prompt and professional. The quote was good value. Will turned up promptly, with his team, and immediately began work. The quality of work was first class and caused minimal bother to our normal routine. I highly reccomend Allstar to anyone.
After a few months, we approached Allstar again for a heating system update, involving a boiler change and system update. We received great service. The team were punctual, polite, professional and took a great deal of pride in their work. We opted for an external boiler, which involved a good deal of pipe renewal. Despite miserable weather, they ensured that everything was to the highest standard and no corners were cut. Will made sure the system operated safely and correctly and I understood how to program the system and could spot any faults. Will, Ash, Bank and Geordie did an excellent job. They cleared up after themselves and we now have a beautiful new system. Many thanks to all.

William was brilliant, soon got us booked in and when he came, he thoroughly explained how our boiler worked (we had just moved in) and carried out its yearly service.

Will and Ash did a great job. Will arrived very quickly and pointed out several safety critical elements that hadn't been noticed by previous plumbers, he then prioritised sorting it. We really appreciated their skill in considering the whole heating and hot water system (not just one element). We now have a safe and working boiler, underfloor heating and hot water system and would recommend Allstar to anyone.

I called Allstar Systems at 5.00 in the morning when I found that my boiler was malfunctioning. William identified the problem and talked me through the process in making sure the house was safe and secure. The next day his team installed a new cylinder and I was impressed how swiftly the company resolved this problem and took the stress out of a really stressful situation. Couldn't be happier with the service provided.

Couldn't be happier with William and Ashley at Allstar. Booked in very quickly and easily when boiler had an issue, then easily enough for repairs and servicing a few weeks later. The team were flexible enough to bring the apt forward a week and diligently replaced the parts as originally recommended and provided our yearly service. Very responsive to calls and emails.

Our boiler died during a freezing February week and after being messed around by an emergency engineer, William was an absolute hero. Within two days of contacting him our new boiler was in and heating our radiators and hot water more efficiently than ever. I have never encountered a heating engineer who is so friendly and professional and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Will came to service our old oil fired boiler and discovered that it had been fitted incorrectly and that the subsequent services (by other engineers) had resulted in incorrect parts being used, rendering our boiler unsafe. We decided that a new boiler was the way to go, being a Friday, time was tight but by midday Will had ordered the new boiler ready to install on Monday.

He and Ash worked hard in horrible weather to ensure the new boiler was fitted and running well. To say they have made a difference to our house is an understatement, our radiators are warmer, the water pressure has improved 10 fold and we are far more relaxed knowing that the boiler is safe. I'd happily recommend them to anyone in need of a heating engineer.

We called William in to service our 17 year old boiler. On inspection Will pointed out several major problem areas and we concluded that it was not economical to.carry out the necessary repairs.
Our stars must have been in alignment that day: the replacement we had selected was in stock and with a bit of juggling and non-stop hard graft the new boiler was up and running just 27 hours later, with a beautiful array of orderly copper piping replacing the Heath Robinson arrangement that had gone before. Everything was left clean and tidy,, we're enjoying the greatly improved heating system, and last but not least, looking forward to significantly lower bills.
We took a punt on Will and it has been money well spent. Thank you!

We have just recently had a new gas boiler installed by William Smith and his team from Allstar Systems. who have given us excellent service. We are delighted to have a warm house again. We will see them in 12 months time for an annual service.

William really saved us when our boiler gave up on the coldest day of the year. He was round within the hour and, when it turned out the old boiler was finished, he arranged to fit a new one with a fantastic new hot water system within days. He was friendly, efficient and clear about our options. He and Ashley worked incredibly hard to get this sorted and make sure our radiators were working optimally. It feels like a different house! Would highly recommend Allstar on the basis of this experience.

Prompt service from a professional team who ensured that our hot water system was properly configured as well as providing the power flush quoted for. Heating and hot water now performing better than they have in years!

Two weeks before Christmas and our unvented mains hot water tank died.
Allstar visited within a couple of days and not only deemed it terminal but that it had been installed incorrectly, illegally, by the original plumber.
Within a week they had sourced a new tank and installed in line with the building regulations.
One cannot ask for better service than that.

If you want, or have got an unvented mains hot water tank, ("Megaflow"), these are your guys. They have the essential additional qualifications over and above the usual "Gas Safe" one.

Really great service, very efficient and prompt, very happy with our new radiator and all other jobs such as removal of old gas heater and the plumbing that was sorted in the kitchen is fab. Would highly recommend. Thanks for the great work!

Boiler failed to work 6am Saturday morning, contacted Allstar Systems, instant response and engineer out by lunchtime. Diagnosed problem straight away, all fixed & hot water and heating back on by the afternoon!

Allstar has just finished a major overhaul of our complex heating system. They have done a superb job and are really nice people to work with and have in your home. Friendly Norfolk family company who I cant recommend more highly.

I found Allstar Systems via Which? Trusted Traders, they looked good so I contacted them and asked for a quote for the installation of an unvented hot water tank, which I accepted. They turned up when they said they would and just worked solidly. Will made several suggestions, which I agreed to, and I asked for some extra work to be done. In all it took them 5 days but now I have high pressure hot water system (decent showers!), a pressurised, zoned, filtered and cleaned heating system, a whole-house water conditioner and some awkward pipes given better routing (which was actually quite complicated). They were all very friendly, knowledgable and skilled, they cleaned up after themselves, they even removed their shoes every time they came into the house! They are now the only plumbers I will call. Have used previously for an oil boiler repair when my usual engineer was busy, Will was very responsive and professional. This time I needed a whole system replacement and my engineer could only install in a couple of months. Will was again very quick to reply, provide a full and accurate quote then scheduled me in within a few days!

My oldish combi boiler broke during the recent cold spell. Will attended out-of-hours on the day that I called him. He swiftly diagnosed the problem and discussed in detail the options of an attempted repair or a new boiler. I was given ample time and information to make my decision. I chose the latter and it was installed and working within a week. Will is courteous, respectful, responsive and knowledgeable. The work was completed to a very high standard and my house was left clean and tidy. I am very happy to highly recommend Allstar Systems.

allstar recently replaced my boiler. Amazing service from the most professional team. Could not recommend them enough. Will was very clear on the phone and had a brilliant manner. Ashley completed the work quickly and to the best standard. We now have a top of the range Worcester bosch boiler supplied with a 10 year guarantee. We will be using them in the future to replace our bathrooms.

Will and the team changed out our complete heating system from an older less efficient oil boiler and water tank system for an energy efficient Bosch combo oil boiler, whilst removing our loft installed water tanks. All completed over two long days and we now have an energy saving pressurised system. We had a full flush before commissioning. An excellent all round system and a perfect installation. I cant recommend Will and his team enough. Our heating broke on the Sunday and Will responded straight away and came on Monday. We ended up needing a new boiler and Will worked the following weekend to get it sorted knowing we had a baby. He explained everything and was friendly and always punctual. I wont ever use anyone one else for repairs.

Allstar Systems installed a new replacement gas boiler for me a couple of years ago in my new home in Norwich and they have completed the annual service on it twice since then. All is going well, and I am very pleased to have a new (and much more efficient) Worcester Bosch condensing combo boiler installed, especially since the recent drastic increase in the cost of my gas by over 90 percent in April 2022!

Called Allstar for an emergency when our boiler wouldn't fire up. Will got the boiler up and running again but, we knew it was on it's last legs. Will and his team had a new boiler within 2 weeks, ordered and fitted, with new thermostat valves. And to the exact price that was originally quoted. Would definitely recommend and we will be using Allstar Systems for our annual servicing going forward.

I would 100% recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs! We have used them on a couple of occasions and most recently they really did save the day (we had a boiler leak on NYs Day!!) Ashley could not have been more helpful and responded instantly despite it being a bank holiday. Allstar Systems are reliable and are incredibly reasonably priced. Ashley took safety very seriously which was very reassuring during the pandemic. 5 stars from me, I couldnt recommend enough!!
