Its quite rare to see such good level of professionalism and responsiveness with UK firms installing home equipment. CoolYou stands out in this respect, with everything being quick, professional and efficient. Installed one big conditioner a year ago, which proved to work well so recently added another 2 smaller ones. Then asked to make the latter two more silent so easy to sleep with them turned on, and the next day (a very eager and knowledgeable, as well as quite funny) engineer came and made this for free! So really very responsive and a pleasure to deal with (and conditioners are working well!).

After considerable research about different types of air conditioning and surveys and quotes from several companies we chose CoolYou for our A/C installation.
Their survey, and advise was down to earth with no ghastly "sales" tricks!
Any extra queries we had were always dealt with quickly and in a straightforward way.
We did not want to disfigure the outside of our house with ugly pipes and wires running down the walls to a large, noisy condenser machine taking up space in the garden, so CoolYou's expertise in totally internal systems was very attractive.
The installation went really well. Hard working and creative installers found routings and installation points that meant virtually no disruption and absolutely no need for any redecoration.
Staff at the firm have been very responsive to any follow up questions we have had in learning about operating our new system and to maximise efficient use.
ALL staff we have dealt with from first contact through to recent after care agreements have been professional; friendly; straightforward, kind and helpful. They really are an exceptional company.
The system has been wonderful and we are only wishing we had had it put in many HOT summers before this!

I have just had 2 Air Conditioning units fitted in my home, and I have to say that I am totally impressed with CoolYou as a company. Not only is the finish product second to none, but from start to finish the team were absolutely amazing, starting with the initial first contact, visiting to do the survey, to the installation at the end. I was kept informed of the progress throughout the entire period, which not many companies provide these days. They really did go above and beyond!
I use to dread the summers because I just dont do well when it is hot, but now all I can say is bring on the summer'. An added bonus is that the system also heats in the winter, so it really is a win win situation.

Cool You installed ducted aircon in my apartment (no outdoor condensor unit). It is discreet, quiet and works very well. Jake, Head of Sales, is sincere, knowledgeable, solutions orientated and does not try to upsell. The engineers are very responsive and will answer all questions at any time of the day! Steve did a video call at 6pm when I couldn't remember how to work the control panel and Adam visited the same day to assist with temperature control. A very trustworthy product and team.

Cool You is a five star product, service and team. It really takes all three to have a great offering and they've nailed it. I got my AC installed in October last year. It has worked incredibly well - cooling my large room in minutes, and keeping it cool over night and during hot days when I choose to use it. My flat has floor to ceiling glass windows with sun coming from the east, and can be a challenge to cool down but this unit does the job. I had a few minor issues with the product, and the team was incredibly attentive and quick to respond and attend my flat to fix it. It woks perfectly now. I love that I can control the AC through the remote and my phone/voice control. The team is a pleasure to work with. Thank you Jake, Elisha, Ellie and Steve!

Have had 2 units from Cool UK for several years (one in bedroom and one in living room) and I am so pleased with their performance. It wasn't possible to have external units due to building type. The internal water cooled condenser is quiet and takes up barely any space in the coat closet. At night, the bedroom unit cools extremely effectively at its lowest setting and is virtually silent. The fit out was completed in a morning, with minimal disruption and the team cleaned up after themselves on completion leaving no mess. Delighted to recommend them

I contacted Savva at Cool You earlier this week to get AC installed. He answered all my questions in detail and very clearly over the phone and we did a FaceTime survey to check everything would be straight forwards for an install. Savva gave me all the options and was not pushy in terms of trying to get me to spend more (he actually recommended a cheaper option)! Despite being very booked up until June, he managed to rearrange things and had an open booking this same week! His colleague Elisha followed up with all the relevant details for the booking / payments etc and was very thorough and friendly. Finally the team arrived Friday morning promptly at 8am to fit the condenser in the cupboard and the AC unit in our living room above the door. They did a great job, worked very efficiently and respected our home, the place was spotless when they left! Were really happy with the result and cant thank everyone at Cool You enough! Maybe well be back to get more units fitted in our other rooms depending on how hot this summer is! Ive attached some pictures for anyone who got this far and is interested.

I live in a typical new build two bedroom flat and I spent a couple of years procrastinating about if I should have Cool You UK's air conditioning installed. I wish I could go back in time and change my mind because the difference it has already made - despite being installed in the autumn and not having a full summer with it yet - has been amazing.
From my initial virtual appointment through to the install, everything was faultless and communication was excellent. I'm happy to recommend if you live somewhere where it's not possible to install an external unit.

My mum lives in a cramped third floor flat and our fourth floor attic room has reached painful temperatures during heat waves. The space is tricky as the walls on either side are steeply slanted and the flat wall space at either end is entirely covered by book casing. The windows open directly onto the slanted roof with a busy street below, making it impossible to fix any part of an air con unit to the outside of the house (as with most regular cooling systems).

Savva at CoolYou was the only company who was able to give us any solution with their fully indoor system. The cooling unit (70x65x15cm) is fixed to the wall inside the room (due to our slanted walls they first installed a backing board perpendicular to the floor), connected to a condenser located in the boiler cupboard, and from there connected to a water supply. Despite it being July our installation date was only four weeks out, and Savva came in person beforehand to see the space. The two guys who installed the unit arrived first thing in the morning and were able to run the pipes from the condenser through the walls into the waste water supply without having to do anything invasive to the bathroom walls - it only took them 3.5 hours to have the thing up and running.

The whole system works beautifully and is very easy to operate with the remote control with barely any noise (it also has a quiet setting which is almost inaudible). You can keep the windows open for fresh air without making it less effective, and its able to not only regulate the upstairs room but the cool air also makes a difference in the rest of the flat.
