Cool You - Effortless Cooling – No Outdoor Unit, No Compromise - Designed for London Living
Cool You – London’s Experts in Fully Internal Air Conditioning for Apartments & Listed Buildings

Cool You is London’s leading specialist in fully internal air conditioning solutions for apartments, listed buildings, and properties where traditional systems with external units cannot be installed. With over 15 years of experience, we design, install, and maintain discreet, energy-efficient, and whisper-quiet systems tailored to the unique challenges of London living.

**Our Expertise**

Our team of F-Gas-certified and DBS-checked engineers has extensive experience in retrofitting self-contained air conditioning systems in both modern apartments and heritage-listed properties. We understand the importance of preserving a building’s exterior and architectural integrity while delivering exceptional comfort. Every project is handled with precision, care, and a bespoke approach to meet the exact needs of each property.

**Our Services**

We offer a complete range of services, including installation, maintenance, and repairs. From the first consultation to final commissioning, our process is seamless, professional, and designed to minimise disruption. No planning permission is required, and our fully internal systems ensure there is no impact on your building’s facade.

**Our Commitment to Quality, Efficiency & Sustainability**

At Cool You, we are committed to delivering air conditioning solutions that combine outstanding comfort with environmental responsibility. Our systems feature advanced inverter technology, which adjusts power output to match the exact cooling demand — reducing energy waste, lowering running costs, and extending system lifespan. For precision comfort, our state-of-the-art i-feel control uses an in-built temperature sensor in the remote to maintain the perfect climate exactly where you are in the room.

We exclusively use R32 refrigerant, which has a significantly lower global warming potential (GWP) than older refrigerants like R410A — making it a more sustainable choice for the future. Not only is R32 more eco-friendly, but it also allows our systems to operate with less refrigerant volume while delivering exceptional cooling performance. This combination of advanced technology and thoughtful design ensures our installations are high-performing, energy-efficient, and kind to the planet.

**Proven Experience**

We have successfully installed over 1,000 systems across London, earning a 5-star rating on Trustpilot and a reputation for outstanding customer service. Whether cooling a high-rise apartment, a home office, or a listed townhouse, we deliver systems built for year-round comfort.

**Our Mission**

At Cool You, our mission is simple: to provide exceptional, bespoke air conditioning solutions that enhance comfort while respecting the character and constraints of every property we work in.

Its quite rare to see such good level of professionalism and responsiveness with UK firms installing home equipment. CoolYou stands out in this respect, with everything being quick, professional and efficient. Installed one big conditioner a year ago, which proved to work well so recently added another 2 smaller ones. Then asked to make the latter two more silent so easy to sleep with them turned on, and the next day (a very eager and knowledgeable, as well as quite funny) engineer came and made this for free! So really very responsive and a pleasure to deal with (and conditioners are working well!).

My experience of Cool You was very positive. From start to finish the whole team was extremely professional, attentive and informative. The site visit was thorough and respectful, and all timeframes were respectfully adhered to throughout the process. The end product is very good and has saved me this summer. I would wholeheartedly recommend Cool You for air conditioning services.

I'm thrilled with my experience with the team at Cool You! From start to finish, the process was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up perfectly. The system runs smoothly, and the team has been incredibly accommodating and responsive to any questions I had along the way. Id highly recommend Cool You to anyone looking for a high-quality, built-in AC solution without the need for an external unit. They truly made the experience hassle-free and enjoyable!

I have just had 2 Air Conditioning units fitted in my home, and I have to say that I am totally impressed with CoolYou as a company. Not only is the finish product second to none, but from start to finish the team were absolutely amazing, starting with the initial first contact, visiting to do the survey, to the installation at the end. I was kept informed of the progress throughout the entire period, which not many companies provide these days.

They really did go above and beyond! I use to dread the summers because I just dont do well when it is hot, but now all I can say is bring on the summer'. An added bonus is that the system also heats in the winter, so it really is a win win situation. Thank you CoolYou, you were exceptional, and I highly recommend you!

Cool You installed ducted aircon in my apartment (no outdoor condensor unit). It is discreet, quiet and works very well. Jake, Head of Sales, is sincere, knowledgeable, solutions orientated and does not try to upsell. The engineers are very responsive and will answer all questions at any time of the day! Steve did a video call at 6pm when I couldn't remember how to work the control panel and Adam visited the same day to assist with temperature control. A very trustworthy product and team.

Cool You is a five star product, service and team. It really takes all three to have a great offering and they've nailed it. I got my AC installed in October last year. It has worked incredibly well - cooling my large room in minutes, and keeping it cool over night and during hot days when I choose to use it. My flat has floor to ceiling glass windows with sun coming from the east, and can be a challenge to cool down but this unit does the job.

I had a few minor issues with the product, and the team was incredibly attentive and quick to respond and attend my flat to fix it. It woks perfectly now. I love that I can control the AC through the remote and my phone/voice control. The team is a pleasure to work with. Thank you Jake, Elisha, Ellie and Steve!

Have had 2 units from Cool UK for several years (one in bedroom and one in living room) and I am so pleased with their performance. It wasn't possible to have external units due to building type. The internal water cooled condenser is quiet and takes up barely any space in the coat closet. At night, the bedroom unit cools extremely effectively at its lowest setting and is virtually silent. The fit out was completed in a morning, with minimal disruption and the team cleaned up after themselves on completion leaving no mess. Delighted to recommend them

I contacted Savva at Cool You earlier this week to get AC installed. He answered all my questions in detail and very clearly over the phone and we did a FaceTime survey to check everything would be straight forwards for an install. Savva gave me all the options and was not pushy in terms of trying to get me to spend more (he actually recommended a cheaper option)! Despite being very booked up until June, he managed to rearrange things and had an open booking this same week!

His colleague Elisha followed up with all the relevant details for the booking / payments etc and was very thorough and friendly. Finally the team arrived Friday morning promptly at 8am to fit the condenser in the cupboard and the AC unit in our living room above the door. They did a great job, worked very efficiently and respected our home, the place was spotless when they left! Were really happy with the result and cant thank everyone at Cool You enough! Maybe well be back to get more units fitted in our other rooms depending on how hot this summer is! Ive attached some pictures for anyone who got this far and is interested.

I live in a typical new build two bedroom flat and I spent a couple of years procrastinating about if I should have Cool You UK's air conditioning installed. I wish I could go back in time and change my mind because the difference it has already made - despite being installed in the autumn and not having a full summer with it yet - has been amazing. From my initial virtual appointment through to the install, everything was faultless and communication was excellent. I'm happy to recommend if you live somewhere where it's not possible to install an external unit.
