Services
Condensing Boilers
Condensing boilers maximise energy efficiency by recovering heat from exhaust gases, reducing energy bills and environmental impact. These systems are ideal for homes seeking sustainable heating solutions. JSC Heating installs A-rated models with up to 10-year guarantees, ensuring long-term reliability and cost savings for homeowners.
Combination Boilers
Combination boilers provide instant hot water without needing a separate cylinder, saving space and improving efficiency. They are the UK's most popular boiler type, suited for homes with limited storage. JSC Heating offers Worcester Bosch and Vaillant models, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
Landlords Certificates
Landlords must legally obtain annual gas safety certificates (CP12) for rented properties. JSC Heating conducts thorough inspections of gas appliances and pipework, ensuring compliance and tenant safety. Our certified engineers deliver prompt, documented checks to meet legal requirements.
Underfloor Heating
Underfloor heating systems distribute warmth evenly through floors, enhancing comfort and interior aesthetics. Ideal for renovations, they eliminate radiators and improve energy efficiency. JSC Heating designs and installs water-based systems tailored to residential and commercial spaces.
LPG & Oil Boilers
LPG and oil boilers provide efficient heating for properties not connected to the gas grid. JSC Heating installs and services systems suited to rural homes, ensuring reliable performance and compliance with safety standards. We offer maintenance plans to prolong system lifespan.
