Building Services:

DALEX Systems offers an all-trade property service, which includes all building works from brickwork, plastering, plumbing, and joinery to finishing's such as wall tiling, decoration, and floor finishing. We have achieved full accreditation with the main recognized bodies pertaining to all our areas of expertise, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality service that meets their specific needs and requirements.

Name: Dale Cummings

Position: Director

Qualifications: MSc, BA, BSc Hons

Dale is a former Maintenance Manager and a fully qualified Facilities Asset Maintenance Manager. He has had extensive experience in the construction sector and in dealing with maintenance contracts for both social housing landlords and commercial clients. As well as setting all company policy, processes, and procedures, Dale is responsible for the company's business strategy and financial matters relevant to all contract works. He is directly responsible for the company directives within the business. Along with his co-director, Dale sets the strategic growth and sustainability parameters for the company.

Name: Alex Haig

Position: Director

Qualifications: HNC

Alex is an experienced Heating Manager and fully qualified gas technician. Previously, Alex was a Maintenance Manager, from which he has gained extensive experience in dealing with social housing and commercial maintenance contracts over many years. Alex is accredited in Business Management and, along with his co-director, is responsible for the overall direction and growth of DALEX Systems.
