Service Issues
Unfortunately, not all reviewers have had positive experiences with NOCO's services. One reviewer, Fred S., had a poor experience with the company's installation and service department. Another issue Fred experienced was with the installation of new furnaces and air conditioning units at his home, where flimsy plastic hoses connected by zip ties were used, leading to frequent kinking and leaks.
