The company was established in 2010 by Matthew Eldridge, who brought with him 30 years of experience in the facilities management, retail, and commercial sectors. Evercold Technical Services has built a reputation for delivering outstanding services, including fault diagnosis and rectification, servicing, and new installations covering all disciplines, including HVAC, Electrical, Gas, and building fabric repairs and maintenance.

Our History

The company's core business was initially built on Air Conditioning and HVAC services. However, in 2016, Evercold Technical Services expanded its dynamics due to client demand to provide M&E and building fabric services. The business model is to offer our partners and clients a one-stop shop service covering most trade disciplines. The Management team has over 30 years of experience in the maintenance, facilities management and construction sectors.

Air Conditioning

We specialise in air-conditioning install, design, fault finding, and repairs/servicing. With 25 years of experience, we can help with all your commercial & domestic needs. We also cover ductwork and ventilation and can provide designs to suit any environment.

Plumbing & Heating

We look after various aspects of plumbing and heating. We service, repair, and install commercial boilers. We also cover a wide range of plumbing from sanitation to full commercial refurbishments/new install.

General Building

We cover all aspects of building works. We currently look after a vast amount of commercial properties across the country. Our services include plastering, decorating & carpentry, flooring, damp proofing, repair & prevention, extensive renovations, partitions, walls & fencing, installing bespoke doors, and more.

Evercold Technical Services currently holds the following accreditations: Gas Safe, CHAS, Safe Contractor, Refcom, with operatives holding enhanced DBS, CSCS cards, IPAF, PASMA and individual qualifications.
