Poor Experience and Disappointments
Several customers have experienced poor service and issues with the company. Max Turner and Kevin Paul Hadcroft both gave the company 1-star ratings. Max Turner had a terrible experience with the drivers, who got cut off twice on the M5 and then tailgated the car in front of him. Kevin Paul Hadcroft reported poor customer service, citing that he was twice passed around the office and hung up on when he phoned the company. He also left messages on the answer machine, but received no response.
Contrast with Positive Experience
On the other hand, Bob Rice and Bradley Austin had very different experiences with the company. Bob Rice, who gave the company 5-star rating, praised the team for being "really nice people" and a pleasure to work with. Bradley Austin, also a 5-star reviewer, had a positive experience with the installation of a new cafe kitchen, citing "amazing customer service" and a helpful team that assisted him every step of the way.
Failed Appointment
