Installation Experience
The reviewer had a multi-split air conditioning installation completed across five rooms in their house and was extremely satisfied with the professional installation process.
Installers' Conduct
The fitters were polite, careful, and neat and tidy while working on the site, paying close attention to detail and cleaning up as they went.
Customized Solution
One of the standout aspects of the installation was the company's willingness to customize the solution to meet the reviewer's needs. They removed the need for pumps to be installed to remove drain water and went the extra mile to hide cables and pipework without trunking, even agreeing to chase into the outside walls where necessary.
Product Quality
The installed units are from the stylish Daikin range, which are not only aesthetically pleasing but also extremely quiet to run and energy-efficient, resulting in lower costs since the installation.
