Boiler Breakdowns: In the event of a boiler breakdown, we offer a fixed callout charge of 70.00, which includes minor repairs and advice. We will always inform you of any additional costs and obtain your consent before proceeding with any further work.
Boiler Servicing: Our fixed-rate servicing starts from 70.00 for all appliances, with no additional costs except for consumables or servicing kits required to complete the service to manufacturer standards. We also provide a comprehensive service report, including gas analyser results and boiler efficiency.
New Boiler Installations: We offer free quotations and advice on new boiler installations, using only high-quality materials and manufacturer-approved components. We are a preferred installer for Vaillant, Glowworm, and Worcester Bosch boilers.
Landlord Certificates: We offer basic Landlord Certificates from 65.00 (up to three appliances), with a small additional charge for any appliances over the basic three. If a boiler service is required, the cost is 85.00.
