Service and Price Issues
Some customers have experienced issues with prices and services provided by Williams Heating & Cooling. A customer, Joe Velantini, reported that the service technician quote him an extremely high price for a replacement part, making it seem like an overestimated amount. He was also charged an $89 service fee despite the technician not diagnosing anything.
