Following BP Oils' withdrawal from heating maintenance, the company was founded with a vision to deliver high-quality heating solutions while maintaining traditional values. We specialise in AGA/Rayburn style cooking appliances, and our expertise extends to oil, gas, LPG, and solid fuel heating systems.

Our Office and Administrative Team

Our office, located in the central borders of Scotland, is open from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm. Our dedicated administrative team, managed by Debbie, Carly, and Alice, ensures a smooth customer experience. They promptly answer calls, emails, and address customer concerns, working tirelessly to accommodate customer needs.

Breakdown and Service Engineers

South East Heating Services Ltd offers a specialist breakdown team that handles various appliances and fuel types. With a primary focus on oil, our team excels in this area, though we also have a few gas engineers available. When customers experience a breakdown, we strive to send a technician on the same day. If that is not feasible, we collaborate with customers to find a suitable time. For service bookings, we typically have availability within a few weeks, depending on the season. We encourage customers to schedule their appliance services during the summer to ensure timely completion before the winter rush.

Installation Experts

As skilled installers, we design and quote systems for a wide variety of heating solutions. Our knowledge and qualifications enable us to undertake most installation projects, including oil, gas, LPG, solid fuel, biomass, and air-source heat pumps (ASHP). If you are interested in upgrading your current system, our surveyors will schedule an appointment for a consultation.

We also work as a subcontractor under the Warmworks scheme, delivering energy efficiency improvements to those in fuel poverty within Scotland. The Warmer Homes Scotland scheme provides insulation, efficient heating, and renewable technologies to households struggling with high energy bills. Since 2015, we have maintained a strong working relationship with Warmworks to help deliver these much-needed services.
